CCPA Privacy Policy

This California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”) Privacy Policy and Notice at the Time of Collection (“CCPA Notice”) is applicable to the personal information collected by interface rehab, inc. and its affiliates (collectively, “interface rehab, inc.”), about California residents (defined by the CCPA as “consumers”) to the extent the personal information is subject to the CCPA.

This CCPA Notice does not apply to consumers’ personal information exempted from the CCPA, such as personal information collected pursuant to (i) the federal Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act and its implementing regulations or the California Financial Information Privacy Act; or (ii) certain medical and health information covered by HIPAA. Further, this Privacy Notice does not apply to our current employees. interface rehab, inc. logs IP addresses for systems administration purposes. IP addresses are used to track a user’s session to prevent fraudulent clicks to the advertisers listed on our website.
